Had a great first class with coach Hannah. Not only did she kick my butt, she was really welcoming and encouraging which is what I was worried about being a newbie. The studio was clean and I felt safe being there with their covid restrictions

Great workout and a very well organized operation at Solidcore BG. Helpful and friendly staff, combination lockers and bathroom / changing rooms available. Instructor was very adept, leading the class while also giving pointed directions to individuals and the group. Highly recommend.
